Every mill on our floor runs a full 4th axis. That means parts with features on multiple faces get indexed and cut in a single setup — fewer fixtures, fewer chances to stack up error, and a shorter path from your print to a finished part.
We machine the hi-precision components that go into aircraft, where a tenth matters and paperwork matters just as much. Every job is inspected against the print before it ships.
